How is access granted?
Only webhook-confirmed events or admin overrides grant entitlements. Redirect success from checkout is never trusted.
Where can I see what I own?
The library page shows every product with an entitlement badge.
What if a payment fails?
Orders stay pending until the MoR provider sends a success event. Subscriptions falling behind will lose entitlements when they end.
Can I get support?
Yes. Reach out via the account page or email, and we can add temporary entitlements through the admin override.
